Top-10 finish in Florida Dirt Nationals finale at All-Tech

Dale McDowell entered the Shane McDowell Racing No. 17m Team Zero Race Cars Late Model into battle on Friday evening at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) for the two-day Florida Dirt Nationals. In a field of 38 XR Super Series entries, McDowell followed up a fifth-place finish in his heat with a consolation victory. For the $50,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday, Dale was forced to take a provisional into the finale after missing a transfer spot by one position in his B-Main. Starting in 23th, McDowell advanced through the field 13 spots in the 50-lapper to register a 10th-place finish.
