Runner-up finish in Deep Fried 75 at Duck River Raceway Park
For the 11th annual Deep Fried 75, Shane McDowell Racing and Dale McDowell invaded Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series sanctioned contest.
With a runner-up showing in his heat positioning him on the fourth row for the $20,000-to-win A-Main, Dale charged forward five spots in the 75-lap affair to register a second-place finish. He chased race-long pacesetter Mike Marlar across the line with Jadon Frame coming in third.
