Dale McDowell competes in Alabama Gang 100 at Talladega Short Track

Hoping to find victory lane at Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Ala.) again, Dale McDowell joined the newly-rebranded World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series on Friday afternoon for the Alabama Gang 100.

Getting behind the eight ball in qualifying, McDowell was unable to make up any ground in his heat race or last chance showdown. Dale was unable to make the $50,000-to-win finale.
